  • hahahaha...this vid is great. I would be just like you when starting the car up for the first time. I'd be scared. is that a furniture warehouse?

  • haha yeah... this is real funny to my friends and i cause its very... us. glad some others can find amusement in it also, especially since it makes me look like such a square. just put a lot of time into this thing and i like to triple check everything.

  • godluck man ...................

  • thanks... i'll try to get some updated videos online soon, unfortunately i dont have a real video camera so the quality is pretty low.

car is doing well though, still have a 'to do' list but banging stuff out when i can. Installing HKS 264 cams, JUN cam gears, Crower springs/retainers, new valve seals, and an ATI crank damper in the upcoming weeks.

Other than that, just working on improving the tune and some suspension work.

    Thanks again :)

  • LFMAO JUST START IT!

  • no dude thats pretty ignorant... you obviously have no clue about the RB... they have a ridiculously lousy oiling system for being able to rev to 8k+ and the BMW I6's..... i highly doubt you're able to afford to buy a long block straight from germany.

Quit hating on the guy. At least he has his priorities in order.

  • You guys should see his build thread. It's godly.

  • of course you got fuel pressure or the car wouldn't run.

  • man I can imagine. especially supra's. there built shortblocks run around $9K for one. They're expensive cars to build so once they're complete most people will be on edge about starting it hahaha. Can't wait to see some more vids of this car in action

  • Thanks for the support guys... unfortunately I pick up a stalker every now and again. Kind of sad but I think most of us realize its pretty clear he's not worth worrying about. Oh and hey stalker... he's far from your buddy, hahaha.

As an update, the car is running well. Been through a handful of projects since first startup but making slow and steady progress. The car is a blast and its been an awesome learning experience rebuilding everything from the ground up. Thanks again guys!

  • This man knows his stuff. LoRentAssMan, on the other hand, is probably the "fanboi" he professes me to be. If you can sit there and try to argue over the capabilities of the 2JZ, GE or GTE, you need not be in the conversation. Props to turbosbeforehos, who actually knows his stuff and puts his plans into motion.
