Keys:
Laying on one side keep the bottom leg straight while bringing the top leg to 90* at the hip and knee.
Arms straight out, rotate around with the top arm.

*note*
In the video you can see my top knee raising as i rotate over. A way to aleiviate this is to place a foam roller under the knee and concentrate on keeping the knee in contact with the roller.
