Super Arcade, 8-22-08. Ryu(Maximilian) vs Guile(Christian). Playing against Christian's Guile made us all better. We ended with an amazing fight, great match. Good games to everyone from friday night! [same video as 22 but with our crazy commentary lol]

Yea it does, just did it a little late. Previous videos show it connecting.

Ah I see. Is it possible to get the whole ultra to connect, or just the shinryuken part? Many thanks for the vids.

Its some delicate timing actually. At first it was connecting with the full ultra, and now it seems to just be hitting the shinryuken. Its however many hits you let the fierce HP SRK connect with before the cancel that determines it. If you watch some way earlier videos, I connect it for full ultra almost every time.

He can't, since Capcom decided to give Guile what, 2 moves that both do shit damage, and an Ultra he can only pull off when someone utterly fucks up?

And how does Capcom respond.
