Nice boat. Why does water come out of the bottong of the bow? Is that a side thruster?

Yeah, it cuts well. See 2:21 , only a little bang and minimal deviation with only a minor aid by steering. I'd probably would consider it if I still was in the line of duty. Certainly, the decision would depend on price, details in hull and superstructure, adaptability in equipping and ease of maintenance. Still, it would be a candidate absolutely worth checking out.

Awesome...it's such an advantage to watch from above as these boats 'work' the rough seas. You can see the hull cut just deep enough to keep the boat on track. I would love some drive time...on calmer seas!

Looking at this and other Interceptors in rough seas I have to wonder if there is anywhere in the world a better small boat hull design for dealing with such heavy weather at such speed.
This particular boat does cruises from Harris, N.W. Scotland, to St. Kilda. (No, not the one in Melbourne!)
