In the real history, Yes. Saika Magoichi is a man. But Saika Magoichi in this game is a woman and has a real name,Sayaka. She took the name Magoichi to lead the Saika Faction because the former Magoichi who is the mentor of Sayaka was killed by Oda Nobunaga :D .
