In this episode of the Running Raw Project: I lured Brendan Brazier back to Malibu to run in the Bulldog 25k endurance run. This is an extremely challenging mountain run that uses the same course as the Malibu Creek Trail Challenge that I competed in this past May. Neither one of us was prepared for this event, so we ran the first (and most difficult) 7 miles of the race as a hard tempo workout - with surprising results.
I am going to do this 25k in a couple weeks! I'll probably be the youngest person out there lol.

Could you please point out some references that back up these very interesting points you make?

you re underfueled in your races. You need to have stored ressources at the race. I would recommend a large smoothie with fats in it.

the body can only deal with organic salts in plants and fruits. If u drink water with salt and minerals they dont built up new cells. They re stocked everywhere in the body and you need at least 10 liters water to hold that toxins in resolution! Over the years the body is totally clogged up and you get a hunchback and cant move your body accurate. You can see the results: Watch it at the old peoples home. With a rawvegan diet they could go home and live normal after a few months..

Hello Tim,
How about salt - do you think that your salt levels were higher from something that you had eaten the day before and that made everything "click" - by the way, do you know any raw foods high in salt?
Peace.
