BodyStep™ at the YCMA. BodyStep is a simple, athletic and energizing workout using a height-adjustable step platform. The 12-track pre-choreographed workout to uplifting music conditions muscles, shapes and tones your upper and lower body, and increases cardiovascular fitness and coordination.

Introduction includes the following key moves: basic step, kick with tap, over the top, three knee repeater, and turn step.
Four words, powerful values: Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility. These are the values at the foundation of the YMCA. They guide the Y's programs, services and people.
