1stly, the name is terrible, you do know thats now a homophobic slang insult in american culture, and moving into british culture.
2ndly, Passive smoking!?!?!?! Being able to breathe in pubs, train stations, clubs and restaraunts is the best thing that has happened in legislation last year.
3rdly, its your problem, and yes i say that because its a drug, its addictive and kills. So you shouldn't be advertising it anywhere but your own home.

Sounds like you misinterpreted my post. The government only needs to step in to save the stupid from themselves. Alternatively, let them kill themselves, but not at the expense of the non-smoking tax-payer (and this expense includes passive smoking of course).

If you're okay with a government "stepping in" to tell you what is best for you then you'd be okay with a government telling you what to eat, what religion to practice, how many hours you're allowed to watch tv, etc.

Most people start smoking while they're too young and stupid not to. If people can't be relied on to make the (obviously) right choice themselves, the government has to step in. It's even sadder that people are so selfish as to not endure a little hardship (smoking in a designated area) to save future generations from this disease.
