  • I'm an amateur when it comes to rifles. Why would you convert an AR15 to use 9mm round?

  • @xxlebox Cheaper to shoot and I can shoot it at any indoor range.

  • this is a rockriver correct?

  • @iamro0t Its a Colt Sporter lower.

  • Wait a minute. I thought the max rounds a magazine can legally hold is 10? Am I missing something here? :x

I mean in California, for those who were wondering what the hell I was talking about.

  • @xphatmexicanx All my stuff are registered and mags are all preban so I had all my stuff before those restrictions took place.

  • That is the most awkward shooting stance I think I've ever seen.

  • @ar15hitman When you convert it to use 9mm rounds, can you still shoot the .223 round through it.

  • Loosen your grip, your to tense when firing the gun, shoulder can be dameged Like that

  • @ar15hitman Plus less recoil.

  • @ar15hitman How much was the 9 mm conversion. 22LR conversions are much cheaper and rounds and cheaper than 9 mm. Just wondering why you went with 9mm instead of cheaper 22LR.

  • @Yahooblue42 edit: a 9mm will actually have slightly more felt recoil, but substantially less muzzle rize. However, the main advantage of an 9mm ar is its ability to be silenced.

  • I think it's an option to hit a target that does not require a slightly larger caliber, the bullet can go further and with more stability, but also is a risk because the 9mm was not designed for distant targets, loses power and factors as the air can be diverted and the target is lost.

  • @xxlebox they are also arguably better cqb weapons, with less muzzle rise/recoil and will be less likely to overpenetrate. Also, they are far quieter, and can be silenced more effectively.

  • Nice benelli on the table!

  • @xxlebox Accuracy, mostly, I guess, but also recoil reduction (I'm using terms I don't know here)!

  • @xxlebox better at firing how? A 9mm bullet still leaves the bore out of either gun. Please clarify.

  • @CrimsonFox209 No, you would need an AR15 patterned gun (that is not a .22lr), proper upper, bolt, magazines, magazine adapter block, and possibly some small parts such as a specific kind of hammer to convert an AR15 to a pistol caliber round.

  • @mypetridish Echo.... Echo.... Echo....

  • Is there a kit for the Colt 22 m4 to shoot 9mm? Please reply anyone

  • what is that sound i am hearing after the shot? like (gunshot*) then half a second later (whooooooshhh)

  • LUCKY LADY IS LUCKY.

  • @CanadianGunsNgear But is an AR15 better at firing 9mm than say, an H&K MP5?

  • @xxlebox A lot of police forces do it because they can use the same ammo from their side arm as in their rifle, meaning that you could grab your AR mag and use it with your sidearm.

  • What barrel is that?

  • @ar15hitman i'll bet you wish you hadn't converted it to 9mm when the zombies come haha :)

  • @AcceptedChallenge about 30 cents a round.

  • @triumph1974 yes because im sure you just HAVE NO IDEA! what to do when you see a sentence without a capital letter leading it. your mind needs training wheels

  • @garrettzkool63 You must mean like starting a sentence with a capital letter, for example.
