Madden NFL 12 is out and although the game has gotten mostly positive reviews, there are still gamers out there who insist the game can't hold a candle to NFL 2K5.
2K5 is regarded by many as the best football video game of all time and has a dedicated following, with fans keeping it alive by creating roster updates to this day.

I think EA and 2k should just swap their exclusive deals for baseball and football. If anyone ever played MVP baseball it was easily the best baseball series out there until 2k bought exclusive Mlb rights. If EA went back to making baseball games and 2k went back to football we would live in a much better world!

Madden 12 has so many epic fails in it, it´s ridiculous!
Three gameplay problems which pop to my mind right now...
- stats block the gameplay in the last all important seconds of a game (clock runs and you cannot get your playcall off)
- opposing teams often choose run plays when trailing in the last seconds of a game
- the defense does NOT adjust even if you keep calling the same play
EA developers don´t deserve their pay check.
