I think this guy is just confused as to what exactly constitutes a reason. All he had to do was Step 1. Tony is the 1st nominee. Step 2. Tony can't cook, burns food, slow, and doesn't work well in a team. He got step 1 down, I don't get why couldn't do step 2. Everyone speaks English in there yet there is so much communication barrier for some unknown reason.
