Madoka Magica - Sucker Punch Trailer

Probably thanks to my ever shortening attention span, this video somehow managed to get done in one weekend, so it gets uploaded long before any of my still half-finished amvs. The sudden desire to make another trailer parody was thanks to the Madoka/Inception video totoumisback made. Which you should totally watch, if you haven't already.

So, there are various reasons that I did various things with this video, but I don't think any of them warrant my pointing them out. If something looks off to you though, please do tell me.

4/2/11 Edit: I went and actually saw Sucker Punch today. I totally thought that the "you'll fall for anything" guy was a different character from the other dude, which is why Kamijou got to say it. Whoops. Oh well. I like it this way.

5/9/11 Edit: Aaand now that all that nasty copyright stuff is dealt with, this video is back and fully operational! Unfortunately, I made some changes and now have a slightly nicer looking, newer version, but YouTube has no system for replacing videos. For the time being, I'll just stay with this version...

It may be much to ask from you, but do you think you could edit just that one bit at the end where Kyosuke's talking, and make it Kyubey saying that line? I love this trailer so much, but that little bit KEEPS BOTHERING ME.

Well, that actually included the change you just requested. If you read even further, you'll notice that there's no way for me to replace this video. Unless you know of one?

What the eff man .. I want your skills !! And your editing program .. Can you share where you got it ?? The program I mean ..

@Chris951021 I used Sony Vegas Pro, which I bought. I think it was about $100, but some people prefer the more swashbuckle-y method.

As for skills, this really isn't anything special. The editing here is actually kind of sloppy, in hindsight. It's mostly about about practice in the end, but if you have any other questions you'd like to ask feel free to PM me! :)

Very well done. Very clever. Especially since both stories go in similar directions.

I'd say, Madoka would be Baby Doll and Homura would be Sweet Pea.
