  • i go to the gym and im just asking, what do you do for your exercise to anyone obeese out there or anyone just exercising please tell me i want some tips :)

    I do tredmil and stairmill and situps at the gym im 175 right now

  • @LUCKYJ3SS3 The #1 way to burn calories they say is to run! Second is biking, treadmill, and swimming! All are great options, and even walking is good too!

  • Hey There! Thanks for this helpful video. By the way, I notice a lot of people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (do a search on google), but I'm not sure if it is really good. Have you ever tried Kinovelax Diet Plan? I've heard many great things about it and my buddy lost lots of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(
