you can use baking tray, you will have to turn the roti one time.

Which atta do u use? I buy golden gate ka atta and its too white, too much maida i feel. Which 1 do u suggest for rotis.

one question though, aunty what do we do if we donot have a pizza stone?

use a baking tray but you will have to turn the roti over so they can be cooked from both sides.
