http://www.synergy-athletics - get your FREE STRENGTH BONUSES?? Part II explains "advanced construction) although its still awfully easy! SUBSCRIBE and Part III will be tons of exercises to do with the bag?

The Bag strengthens and increases:
- muscular endurance of your grip,
- wrists,
- arms,
- shoulders,
- back,
- legs,
- rotational muscles,
- core musculature,
- coordination,
- proprioception and overall shoulder and joint mobility.

Homemade strength training equipment such as sandbags, bulgarian bags were used by wrestlers and combat athletes long before the invention of the iron barbell.

Bulgarian Training Bags are also effective for losing fat and increasing your cardio. Most, if not all, of the exercises that can be performed with Kettlebells, dumbbells or barbells can be performed with the Bulgarian Training Bag.

Athletes of every sport can benefit from the unique training techniques and solutions, which can be offered by training with these training Bags.

  • what happen to the balls you had in the first video, you said it was for the advance bag.

  • @JASONVEVA we used them for grips instead of the plastic handles on a bag to increase difficulty. Sorry I didn't video it!

  • I just made mine 30 minutes ago..im lovin it! Already gassed myself out! I had about 50 40lb bags of wood pellets for heating half the house. had everything except the tube. it came out to about 30lbs.Awesome video thanks!

  • @2bowlsloaded420 great thanks for the feedback!

  • I made mine with gravel witch became 16.1kg (around 35.5lb) wich is perfect for me. It hold very well as far as my experience with it (have had it for 1 month now). Made my handle longer though with two zip ties closer to the gravel and one in the middle and secured everything with ducktape

  • @TaeIeon sounds awesome!

  • Or you can carry yoda on your back and learn to become a Jedi...

  • Hey.

Just build a Bulgarian bag using your method. Build a 10 kg bag for warm up and a bag on 20 kg. Going to start this week :)

  • Just made one of these myself. Had not heard of these training devices till yesterday on a forum... Sounded like good, non-impactive workout for my wonky old shoulders.

Spent about 12 bucks on mine; used tube from a used-tire joint, rubber mulch, and I had zip ties and duct tape on hand....

The only downside is my labrador retriever thinks it's a toy!

  • Thanks love the videos. Made mine today. Always go all out made with sand great workout!
