For Chris Pine its nice for Shatner to say well done for a good job, like the rest of cast had from their respective originals. I thought Chris Pine did an excellent job, and maybe a shatner cameo in a future sequal - maybe involving the new messed up timeline involving the Klingons (ie Christopher Lloyds Klingon from ST3) or Kahn!

@carmelknows I hope for something like this too. He did such a good job as Kirk that it leaves one eager for more.

I say get Shatner in the next one, and dont have him singing happy birthday or row row row your boat. And get the guy in shape, I want to see an IN SHAPE Kirk, it would go well with an alternate timeline.

seems like mr pine did a pretty good job
no comparision of course to mr shatner
but it´s ok for this kind of cinematic -period
I´d be interested if Mr shatner thought the same
