Ignoring, of course, the fact that Rock of Ages premiered in Los Angeles a year before Stairway to Hell first did. You can't lay claim to an entire decade of music, dude, and from the looks of STH, there's very, very little overlap when it comes to artists.

Ripped off from the great Off-Off Broadway heavy metal musical, "Stairway to Hell", which was real rock and oh so much better.

I can't even imagine that it could be any better than the Off Broadway production, but they've exceeded their promises thus far, so THIS is going to kick ass I am certain. That being said.....
