@Aphradonis the mind develops at a pretty concrete rate. while people mature differently, 4 year olds are not even close to that stage in development where they make rational decisions based on thought and logic. they think very literally. they can indeed make decisions, but it isn't always the best one.

@boethiah12 You should stop making generalizations. Content ratings are absurd because children of the same age are not all the same. Some people mature very quickly, others never do.

@boethiah12 I certainly was, when I was four. I wasn't allowed to see R-rated films 'til I was 17, but I saw them anyway, and nothing I ever saw "scarred me for life." You are a patronizing ageist, like my silly Jesus freak parents. Anyone who's ever experienced "moral panic" or "thought of the children" can GTFO.

@VolcomInfinity it isn't about the violence. this game is very fast paced, aggressive and there is just a ton going on. that kind of stuff is very harsh on a kid that age, and it can also lend to aggression in the kid.
