This is my 1st rant show. Unfortunately, it's about Toyoo Ashida who recently passed away. He is the director of The FIst of the North Star Movie, TV series and my favorite anime of all time, Vampire Hunter D

  • weird, I already saw your fist of the north start live action review, you mean that review or theres actually a movie of it.

  • @Zylph89 Yes, that was the live action movie I reviewed, but next week, I'm reviewing the anime movie, the one he directed.

  • Damn that sucks. I may not be a huge fan of Vampire Hunter D. But I can't deny that it is sad for someone in the anime industry to die.

  • @GeekCritic89 I know you don't like VHD but thanks for showing your respect to Toyoo Ashida.

  • Via con dios, Toyoo Ashida. May the angels of the radiant light take you to the great beyond. *bows*

  • @doomertheultimate That's beautiful, man.

  • Vampire Hunter D was one of the 1st animes that got me into anime. He will truly be missed, but his work will live on.

  • Saraba, Toyoo Ashida (1944-2011) :(. The director of The FIst of the North Star Movie, TV series and Vampire Hunter D. I'm glad I just watched the series and read the manga of Fist of the North Star last year. You will be dearly missed, but your great work will live forever in our memories.
