Jamba on Late Show with David Letterman May 19, 2008

Jamba Juice, once again, made a guest appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman. The impetus of the over 8.5 minutes of airtime was due to the "nice note" that Dave received from Jake (as hand delivered by Grow a few weeks ago - along with free smoothie cards for the entire cast and crew), which he called out on air, followed by, "I'm kinda feeling like a Jamba right now." From then on, Jamba proceeds to get ample airtime to the point of fueling much of the comedic material for the duration of the show! Overall, the mention is amazing - funny, light-hearted and constant (just when you think he's done talking about Jamba...). As we all know, Dave is not there to promote Jamba, and so he does insert a few irreverent jibs here and there - his way of poking fun of a generally beloved brand that knows how to take a joke. I know that we are all in the Jamba family and sensitive to each and every mention, but please keep in mind that at the heart of all the play, Dave loves the Jamba brand, and that is why he is insistent upon mention after mention, product placement after placement. The jibs are a small price to pay for priceless exposure. Please have a look and enjoy!
