woooo dude this is awesome.. it would just be a matter of me finding something heavy shaped like that... weights aren't exactly dirt cheap.... probably the most efficient bang for the buck tool ive gotten lately is my iron man pull up bar for the door frame... i wasn't able to do pull ups for like.. a pretty long time
