tomtoms an dother gps devices arent acurate enough for that purpose
if they wanted to take out a group of cars
they would have to make a super big missle with like a grenade effect
because its unlickly that they can actully hit their target
and the gps doesnt update fast enough
so it would have already crashed and blown up before it relized it needs to turn right to hit the tank

Civilian satnav devices will work until about 1000mph. This is to stop dodgy military groups using a tomtom in their cheapo guided missiles.
