Intro Video (Adobe After Effects Test)

Hello all!
Just got the trial of Adobe After Effects, first time ever using it, so just messing around and trying to make something constructive!
I will be getting Call of Duty: Black Ops on day of release and plan on doing a commentary of my first ever game, appropriately named: "First Blood"
Leave me some feedback please, I'm looking to improve on this.
It's a bit fast paced and Jerky I know, but meh.

Thanks to my friend 'Dio' for the music, I found it in my library he sent it me ages ago.
