Wakin the dead! with 2 orion 12" HCCAs! i run through one of the best setups ive ever seen with one of my good friends chris, i can even begin to tell you how loud this is.

currently hitting 147db with 12v.. so easily capable of 150db with the right voltage and electrical tweaks.

  • 5 gs, i would of got fi 18 or a way better setup man

  • i made my box to exact recomended specs. and thats fine if some one pushing 18,000 watts is louder than me lol mine hurts my ears just fine. i really dont care to go louder than 147db

  • not enough port area. Josh gribbs has the loudest jeep in the OC. when i go back to mission viejo ill show you a real setup. Gribbs runs 18,000 watts. i feel bad that you guys are so mistaken

  • @AlaskanYukon907 ya i could... but i have never had my batteries go dead yet and iv played it at the river for a few hours... and about the alternators, they are supposed to be 150 amp. and i could do a few things to help them out, like i dont even have one of the alt's rectifiers hooked up lol its only using one of the the externals...and my voltage regulators are taking a shit after a year...

  • @AlaskanYukon907 so if i had all four bridge rectifiers hooked up and new voltage regulators im sure it'd be a lot better.

but its so fucking loud as it is i just dont care to make it louder lol maybe when the bump-off comp comes up in the summer...

  • Fifth time watching this and GODDAMN I WANT THAT!

  • need to test your alt's and find out how many amps your putting out then you need to up grade to two kinetik cells one for each amp then you be set. it still sounds good

  • lol what? then where are you coming up with the magic number 10?? so let me try to explain a little better. the equation for finding out amps, volts, or watts is simple... A x V = W you can also change it up W / V = A and W / A=V

so the amp is rated at 2000 watts at 14.4 volts this would draw 138 amps. the fuses are good for up to 180 amps. i don't think i can make it any clearer

  • @TheGornana 10 doesnt represent volts bud. Like I said there is no way those amps are puttin out more than 1800 rms...and you know it.

  • @wishihadasaturn i dont know where your getting 10 volts from but, 30x6=180... 180 amps x 14.5 volts = 2610 watts. these amps are rated 2000watts rms @ 14.5 volts. my volts drop to about 12-12.5.... 2000 watts divided by 14.5 volts = 138 watts per volt so according to that logic i guess im probably putting about about 1700 watts to each sub
