BFC Volunteer Bloodied for Filming Harassment of Wild Bison

www.buffalofieldcampaign.org Approximately 400 Yellowstone bison, including newborn calves, were hazed
into Yellowstone National Park in an operation led by Montana Department of Livestock. BFC videographers were tackled and arrested as they attempted to document the operation.

So they're going to the trouble of using helicopters to herd buffalo back into the huge park maintained as a wildlife sanctuary...no buffalo get hurt...that seems pretty humane to me and better than the other options we see here on youtube. Yeah, millions of Buffalo used to live across the plains. Now 300 million people live here so somethings gotta give. Nothing lasts forever. Helicopters seem pretty nice to me.

I find it unbelievable that not one person has commented on the ongoing harassment of the wild buffalo of North America. They are free roaming animals who have been here for hundreds of years. The meat is much healthier for us than beef. They have a right to survive and we have an obligation to protect them from being destroyed. Thank you to all caring and brave men and women who risk their own safety to let the world know what is being done to the buffalo and the wolf.
