@TheWestAussie Yes, they can close your account after two months of not enough clicks. Best to re-enable it before then.

The only way to get Google's attention is to hit them in their wallet. That is why Ray William Johnson got his account back within an hour - loosing him would have cost Google beau coup bucks.

But for smaller YouTubers, individually your revenue generation to Google is insignificant to irrelevant. Even a Rob J Nixon or FAB are not going to get their attention, individually. But if all Aussie YouTubers demonetized - for only 1 month - Adsense/Google would feel it and take notice. But that is hard if not impossible when they have partners who make their living via YouTube or depend on it to supplement their income to survive.
