Steve Wampler will be the first person with cerebral palsy to climb El Capitan

Twice as tall as the Empire State Building, El Capitan takes most climbers 5-6 days to climb. Steve Wampler of the the Wampler Foundation is climbing to raise money for his foundation that puts on a summer camp every year for children with disabilities. @96lcp - Hi, thanks for your comment. However, apparently Steve disagrees as the Will Ferrel skit video came from the Wampler Foundation web site. I feel that the skit is fun but does not make fun of either Steve or people with disabilities.

yes. i realize that, but it doesnt make any sense to just put that there. We are focused on one thing, and one thing only. The fact that this wonderful man with this horrible disability went through hell to climb El Capitan, was amazing. We are understanding and learning about how amazing this event was. So i beleive that it was an innapropriate time to add this, perhaps in one of the several other videos you have available. Thank you, and sorry for any inconvenience.
