I read that is was poor.. I called about a defective mount and they sent one right out... Although I emailed and did not hear for a few days, thats when I called.:)

Magellan has the worst customer service ever! All calls go directly to Pakistan and some old women who don't know crap.

How did you get it so you can enter the hidden menu and enter and exit the file explorer?

I wrote them five e-mails asking for assistance and have not seen a repley. I am so glad that I did not buy the expensive model.
This is a warning to everyone. Do not purchase Magellan!

hey that was great, but how to i get to access my "launch explorer" button? i can see all of the hidden menu, but the button is NOT available? can you help me?
