As to the stealing the sound. Who knows really. We are all influenced by what we see and hear even if we don't acknowledge it. Music is possibly the biggest example of this. Melodies/rhythms get recycled over and over through the centuries.

@cpowell786 Actually, Pepper is from Butthole Surfer's 1996 album Electriclarryland. Beck's Loser is from his 1994 album Mellow Gold, released as a single in 1993. Beck did his song first. :P
