  • Yeah, more or less sighting laps. It wasn't really a track day as much as it was a day for everyone who wanted to get a look at the track. There is a pace car leading this pack at highway speeds and instead of costing the normal ~$200 for a track day the 3 laps only cost $10. This was filmed at the opening day (of the season) for PIR

  • How did you fit an 8minute+ video on here?

I have a video from in my car from the same day at PIR but youtube says it's too big and it's only 7 minutes long.

Is this the STi that had the "Perrin" decal?

  • Yes this is a video from inside the STI with the big Perrin Sticker.

If you want to upload a movie bigger than 100 MB press the Upload button just a little below the top right of the page and then about halfway down that page you will see something that says "Use Multi-video uploader". Install what it asks and then you can upload it. max is 10 min, 1 GB. Because of the quality of my camera the video was about 950 something megabytes but it all uploaded, just took overnight.

  • Oh man, car track days look slow. What was this, all sighting laps? Headed to ride PIR myself soon!

  • @sodapop503: nope you just turn up in your own car, pass tech, pay an entrance fee put on a helmet and blast around the track.

  • @Versingetrix I thought you had to do some pretty expensive classes before you can do that.

  • i was following along u guys in nfs pro street and the tress and crap were nearly the same!

  • lol gay

  • trackdays the only way to go...100% WOT, no BS. Get in a trackday, learn to do it, and have some fun!! Not that expensive either, and special equipment not required!

  • The straight away at PIR would be really fun if you had a really fast car that can pull! I like the U turn probably the best. The first and sec turn looks complicated...

  • I want to be able to go ride at the PIR track... I don't have the car or the money. I have a good friend of mine who is an instructor there. He owns an acura integra that he drives at PIR. I have been to PIR once with him and he is a pretty good driver, although his car isn't very fast, but it handles really well. I have heard they bumped the price up, it's like $200 to drive your vehicle at PIR?
