You can't end it. It ends when it's done. Women have a period for a reason, without it (IE; Stopping it with medication) can cause bloodclots elsewhere in the body. Bare through it & let nature take it's course. If you want to end it naturally (& are ready!!) get pregnant! Otherwise you are putting yourself at extreme risks for bloodclots (brain, heart, lungs.. etc)
