Though he definitely didn't say that it wasn't, it isn't. If your country was invaded by your neighbours, there would be nothing wrong with resisting. Hezbollah invaded no one, they just fought to regain their own land which had been invaded by Israel. there really is no other explanation.

He says that Hezbollah is not a terrorist organisation that threatens the security of the USA.
That is not the same as saying that they are not a Terrorist organisation, because obviously they are.
