  • @charmme1 It is good to encouraged to pray in the Spirit. But, the Spirit does not lead us to pray with a false gospel teaching that souls will go to eternal hell because we didn't pray them. Prayer is effective for blessings in time in our own lives and in the ives of others, but no one goes to eternal hell because we didn't pray for them.

  • @AbrahamJuliotMusic Brother, does not that mean we should spent more time in prayer so that the self is put to death and Christ lives in me more and the preaching of the good news to the people which will convict them of their sins and turn to Jesus Christ to come to their life and become a new creation. there are a lot of people preaching out of their brains and getting praised about being a great preacher but where is the living in spirit and praying in spirit ,brother am i errror in sayingso

  • @AbrahamJuliotMusic thank you for that.

  • @yeshua4U Keith Green wrote this song - "My son, My son, why are you striving, You can't add one thing to what's been done for you, I did it all while I was dying, Rest in your faith, my peace will come to you. For when I hear the praises start, I want to rain upon you, Blessings that will fill your heart, I see no stain upon you, Because you are My child and know me, to Me you're only holy, Nothing that you've done remains, only what you do for Me..." -Keith Green, When I Hear The Praises Start

  • @kkkkkkatherine There is an alternative to praying as if souls were finally redeemed because of your prayers [as Ravenhill taught]. The alternative is to pray by faith in sure promises of God's grace to redeem many from among all nations. There is alternative to obedience to the traditions of men and morality... it is living by faith in the grace of Jesus Christ.

  • This is from Keith Green on Wiki - "Keith Green's initial tone of ministry was largely influenced by Leonard Ravenhill, who pointed Keith to Charles Finney... Green later softened his approach, and this transition is evident in his music beginning with So You Wanna Go Back To Egypt in 1980. He described the changes he went through in his next-to-last article for the Last Days Magazine"

  • Ravenhil was motivated to pray by some very dangerous doctrines. "If we had more sleepless nights in prayer, there would be far fewer souls to have a sleepless eternal night in hell." -Leonard Ravenhill ("Revival God's Way" pg. 52, [1983]) The words "If we..." and "would be far fewer souls..." makes man the redeemer of souls and not Jesus Christ. This edition of Ravenhill's book was put out about a year before he died.

  • There's no alternative to Prayer with God ...and Obedience...L.Ravenhill

  • @01:16:50 it all comes down to a Personal Devotion with Jesus Christ -- but they quit praying, quit reading the Word and start ROTTING from the Inside!!

Amos 8:11 'behold the days will come sayeth the Lord, I shall send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of Hearing the Word of the Lord ..running to and fro, and seek the Word of the Lord and not find it. '

Lord Jesus Christ, help us, Please, to be hungry for You, Your Word!!

  • I am distraught at my shallow addiction to the things of God.
