La Isla Bonita

Finally...Paolo and I go at it LIVE! Yeah...joined this thing called "Ophthalmology's Got Talent". After less than 6 hours of practice--which was our ONLY practice--we went onstage, in front of renowned ophthalmologists, a few of them internationally known, and performed Madonna's famous La Isla Bonita. We didn't win, but I think for just 6 hours of rehearsal, we did pretty well--minus forgetting 1 entire verse and singing the wrong lyrics. I didn't move much because I wasn't able to memorize the lyrics that much, and feared that if I concentrated on my body movements I'd have to compromise my vocals. Next time I'll break dance while I sing when we get a chance to practice longer.

By the way, forgive the earthquake-like recording. The one responsible for our video was our number 1 and only fan, Kaye. She was dancing with the music, and clapping too, completely forgetting that she was holding the camera. But I still love her for it.
