The U.S. Department of Justice is planning to sue the state of Arizona over it's recently enacted immigration laws. Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton made a confirmatory statement earlier today, leaking for the first time that Washington plans to file suit: "President Obama has spoken out against the law becasue he thinks the federal governement should be determining immigration policy. And the justice department, under his direction, will be bringing a lawsuit against the act." There has been controversy over the legislation in Arizona, which allows police to question people based on appearance in regards to their immigration status. Although an ABC News/Washington Post poll finds that six out of ten Americans support the Arizona law, and 46 percent say states should control their own immigration laws

  • And the sovereignty of the United States the special interests groups and lobbyists and stay in a foreign country that should have been made aware by the American taxpayer and voter in 2008 to begin with

  • Special Interest groups and lobbyists but other than that this Barrack Obama should not be in office should have said something immediately in 2007-2008 raised in a foreign country? Immigration issues? Perjury, embezzlement of taxpayer funds for personal use especially for those who didn't wanted a different candidate to begin with that's the special interest groups and the lobbyists unforunately should have been prevented and 2008 "administration" if you can call it that

  • They should be more focused on Obama's long track record in a foreign country how many years he was over there should have been disqualified immediately by the democratic party and not been allowed to run in the first place doubtful whether was born in the United States and basic perjury in office how embarassing Alexander Hamilton, Jefferson signer of the Declaration of Independence

  • What about Obama's long stay in a foreign country and foreign contacts? Shouldn't that have disqualified in 2008? Hamilton the Federalist not the original intent to say the least, Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Edison

  • @TAMARLANE I volunteered. I went to Yuma, to a friend's property to help out. We stopped a few illegals from entering the country. We had 3 arrested.
