Beyond Reality - Hell's Kitchen Recap 7/6/10
This week Ramsey cooks up a TV dinner to fool the chefs. Its blind taste test challenge. The blue team wins a vip pass to Seaworld and the red team has to receive all of the Hell's Kitchen deliveries.
Each team has to make up their own menu - 4 each of apps, entrees & desserts. Each diner can order from either kitchen. Both teams lost so each had to choose someone for elimination. Autumn and Fran were chosen. Fran was eliminated and Autumn was sent back to the red team.
Part 2 - This week Lobster is on the menu. Every one has 45 minutes to come up with a lobster dish. Nilka was chosen by her team to sit out because she had the worst dish. Dishes were judged by guest judge chefs that had Michelin stars. It came down to a tie that was ultimately won by the red team. They won a trip to the caviar house and a $1,000 shopping spree. The blue team had to clean the dorms and prep both kitchens for service. The blue team doesn't have time to finish prep because both teams will be working together in the red kitchen. The dining room is full of theater goers that have to be out in 2 and a half hours to make their show. Holli will be serving caviar tableside. Nilka had major problems on the fish station and was thrown out by Ramsey. She refused to go at first but finally agreed to leave. Even though it was the best service of the season, each team had to nominate two for elimination. Ed and Autumn were chosen. Ramsey faked them out and gave them all their new black jackets.
Next week - Another crazy week as usual.

now that it's the final six, it should get really good. Im really hoping Holli goes all the way. She's one of the best there but shes not a complete dick like Benjamin or Jay. GO HOLLI!!!
