Hey.... if it is patched... go to your xbox (NXE) or settings (old dashboard) and click on memory.... click on your hard drive.... in there, hit y.. don't click on anything and push these buttons...

X:B:RB:LB:B:X

it will ask if you want to preform maitenance ( bad spelling :P )

hit yes... all it will delete is the updates and if you play fable 3... it deletes something but its not important... i did it and i didn't even notice it....

don't accept the update... and your game is unpatched :)
