Haha, nice!

@oNAGAo yeah i had mine replaced last summer. i'm interested to see what numbers you get, because i'm on my way to a similar setup. a subscription might be in order!

Yeah, it really should be - I think something was going wrong with my car at the time. As it turns out I was at least having an oil consumption problem for a while there and subsequently just had the short block replaced a month ago. I might get the car re-tuned/dyno'd with my latest setup sometime soon. We'll see.

your numbers should be higher than that, shouldn't they? a full bolt-on revup should reach about 280whp+

Honestly, I don't think the back pressure concerns that a lot of people have are all they're cracked up to be unless you're going FI (turbos require a degree of back pressure to be effective). What I do know for certain is that I gained power throughout - I mean, I did move on to the Motordyne TDX exhaust, but I haven't had any sort of power loss issues related to back pressure. Honestly, I wouldn't worry about it - especially with ART Pipes.
will adding the art pipes to the stock exhaust increase the torque?

@heresteven
Definitely. The catalytic converters are the biggest source of lost power in your exhaust. Whenever you remove the resistance they produce, you'll gain a great deal of torque and horsepower - and moreso w/ the ART Pipes than with typical straight/test pipes.

so this video showed us the gains from your car when you ONLY put the ART test pipes on the car? or did you put others on there as well as the ART pipes?

Correct. The only change made was the replacement of the Stillen HFCs that were on already on with the ART Pipes. No re-tune, no additional parts or swapping out of any other components.
