Special guest and keynote speaking Santiago Paz (from CEPICAFE in Peru - http://www.cepicafe.com.pe/ ), joined by Monika from Cooperative Coffees (http://coopcoffees.com) was very gracious in giving us a few moments of his time to enlighten us on the history of fair trade, how his company has helped it to grow and how Americans and people in the west can help too.
