Motorola moto q completely debranded

Motorola Moto q true debranding. custom power on logo, startup animation, wm5 splash screen, etc. this is the first one with no carrier branding, if it isn't, nobody else was willing to share how to do it. You can find my tutorial at everythingq.com and modmymoto.com under username trintek

the reason this q boots slowly is that my startup animation is 3+ megs (cut down from 8+ megs), and i am running around 8 apps at startup with load delays of 0 (ie a slightly longer initial boot, but i dont have to worry about starting to make a phone call and having notifications pop up or lockups)
