1 Got rid of best staff from Dixons.

2 Cut £80 a month of shop floor staff WHO KEEP COMPANY GOING after he gave own words to look after shop floor staff and Not managements to make better place to work for.

3 Left the company in Debt and Lord Kalms was see the back of him after reports during his retirement.

4 Left all Dixons staff unhappy due to working stupid shifts and days so no time for families.
