Anne Burrell shares a favorite recipe for gingerbread cookies. This video is part of 12 Days of Cookies 2008 show hosted by Anne Burrell . SHOW DESCRIPTION :Food Network chefs share how to make their favorite Christmas cookies.
I just finished decorating these and thought it was time to sample one. The flavor is great. However, they are rock hard I could not bite into them! So bummed. I suggest you do not cook them as long as she suggested. I'm going to make another batch and try cooking for 15-17 min.
I am intrigued with this recipe and am breaking from my traditional version and trying this one out! The dry ingrediants are all in my bowl... I especially love that I can roll out the dough without hours of chilling! Thank you Chef Anne.
My dough is too sticky, am I suppose to add more flour?
