Gateway has released the all-in-one touch-screen capable One ZX Series. It features a beautiful 23-inch screen at 1080p resolution and capacitive multi-touch which make it a great option if youre looking to ditch your mouse and keyboard.

  • Computer sucks... I had mine for about 10 months then it randomly burned out.

  • hello, I want to know if I can guide or help, as I lost all my information factory ZX6971 touchsmart desktop and not where I can buy recovery discs managent,,,, the loss of original factory was caused by lower 9 windows program and update, I get off this whole system, I hope an answer, thanks and greetings from fort myers florida USA

  • K i have this computer, im on it right now. I have a problem. as time goes by, or if i try to play a game. My computer shuts off.WHY?

  • i have it

  • The computer is a touch screen model and was about $800.

I had also hoped they could extract data from the old drive, but they said it was fried.

  • @Couesnonfl Well 450 dollars to replace a hard drive is outrageous i do that myself, although I agree that this PC was poorly built. Didn't the actual computer cost less than 675?

  • @cdebov The hard drive was $150. the recovery discs from Gateway were $75. the labor costs of the place that diagnosed and replaced the hard drive and re-installed windows was $450 = $675.

Plus, the pain in the ass of re-installing all the programs, etc.

Still think it's a disgrace for a drive to fail after so short a time and $675 is considerably more than 90-150 us dollars.

  • @Couesnonfl

hard drives are usually priced at around 90 - 150 us dollars that aint much

  • I got this For free sO cant complain :D

  • we have this computer and after 15 months, the hard drive failed. It's going to cost a small fortune to repair and needs recovery discs not supplied by Gateway when You purchase the machine.

Gateway support, which I presume is in Asia somewhere, is unintelligible and of little assistance, although they are very polite about the nonsense they spew.

I find the touch screen, for most applications, to be inaccurate and cumbersome.

I would pass on this one if I were you.
