  • that's what baby Quakers do. They quake. Begging for food. Sure does look cute, doesn't it?

  • These babies are not fully weaned and should not be sold until they are.

  • Not to worry. The breeder is totally responsible and would not send them home until they are ready. I wouldn't buy an unweaned bird.

  • ONE OF THESE TORTURE MEETINGS ! BIRD SHOWS! I HATE PEOPLE WHO DO THIS TO ANIMALS! ITS HORRIBLE THAT THEY ARE BRED STRICKTLY FOR PROFIT!

  • thats so cute!!!

  • i think the poeple are trying to say it seems like they are being sold AT an event (show) hence, all of the noise/people. I personally am not a big fan of any animals being sold at stores either. So that sort of didn't let me enjoy this video at all.

  • The way they do it is unlike most birds... I think if you look up that aspect about them you'll find that it's somewhat species specific!

  • Quakers are called Quakers because their gray plumage makes them look like the followers of that religion. They are also called Monk Parakeets for the same reason.

Most baby birds shiver and flutter to get fed, so I don't think it's specific to them. In any case, they are the cutest little things!

They are feral in NYC and fly around my neighborhood. So pretty, and LOUD.

  • Ha, Ha. I did a video of my baby the same way. I did not know that thing was called a Boing.

  • ugh no birds dont shake their heds wen they r med they do it wen they r amussed and want attention i would know i have 6 of em

  • thats nice i had a normal quaker named pollie that was untill 4 years later it flew away becuase i went to visit family and my grand ma left the cage out side for to long and got out and flew away it was horrible

  • No, it's shaking because baby Quakers "QUAKE" when they want to be fed. It's why they got their name! Mine do the exact same. I have two three month old baby blue Quakers :)

  • its shaking because its really pissed off

i think all the noise is offending him/her
