True....you don't hear anything like THAT in todays music...I was lucky to grow up when this tune and punk hit in 1977!

@23blueplane i don't know if it's available anymore...but i got mine from Sarah Pink at Peafish. She was a big part of organising this, sounds like a top person, so google her. Good luck. It's a great 2DVD set.

Ok...I'm 50 years old and thought I was very aware of the music biz back in 1980.. Apparently I was not. I was a fan of the dissonant hard chords of Rush in 1980.
Ironically, in 1980 Punk and Progressive Rock were mortal enemies, and I clearly recall being no fan of Punk. And somehow now I am more in tune to the real musical talent and creativity of Punk musicians from that era. A whole new discovery. Odd. Just Odd.

Fucking respect to Rollins....he did a great fucking job!!!!!

I remember seeing him at Stewarts re Chiffley's on the sunny coast with Radio Birdman, a few crew there, again mostly young guys, usually the cool ones, especially those that surfed, anyway, girls were a minority at these gigs, & didn't we play it !.. Friggen awesome, the whole scene, the heaviness, the vibe, the looseness, ahhh, bring it back so our kids can enjoy !!! ;-) Pub rock did rock!!

It was a brilliant night...Foxy played his heart out, Dave n Segs were awesome...Henry Rollins...What can I say? Brilliant!!!

Truly mind blowing performance of one of my favourite Ruts songs.
