Casey Ashley is a professional fisherman competing on the ESPN Outdoors BASS MASTER Elite Tour.

"Fisherman," a new single from Outdoor Music, features Casey Ashley, a South Carolina native and a favorite on the Elite Series Tour. At just 23 years old, Casey was the youngest angler in the Elite Series field to clinch his first BASS victory and the six figure top prize at Blue Ridge Brawl on Virginia's Smith Mountain Lake in June 2007. The victory earned Casey valuable points that helped him grab a coveted spot at the 2008 Bassmaster Classic where this video premiered.

"Fisherman" was written by one of Nashville's premier songwriters, Rodney Clawson. Rodney's hits include the #1 "I Saw God Today" George Strait, "Lost in This Moment", recorded by Big & Rich, as well as "Johnny Cash" and "#1 Why", recorded by Jason Aldean. George Strait's current highest debuting single, "I Saw God Today" was also written by Clawson.

I love this song! Casey Ashley is the man! He can fish and sing! That is a tough combo. I fish a lot too. I fish tournaments around Tennessee and Virginia. I actually listen to this on my I pod when I am fishing.
