Glynis Bethel is speaking with Ms. Timmons from Ashley Rich's Office of the District Attorney's Office in Mobile, Alabama about the corrupt poLICE Rheer and Jacob Grissom physcially abusing her children while they preached on the PUBLIC property or the sidewalk in Mobile, Alabama. The corrupt Judge Edmond Naman is attempting to usurp the authority of Glynis Bethel to home school her children and to take her children on to the PUBLIC property to preach the gospel message of JESUS CHIRST by attempting to prosecute her for contributing to the deliquency of a minor even though there is not crime. Judge Edmond Naman made a threat that it was going to be a shoot out at Glynis Bethel's property as a result of her decision to refuse to show up for a Kangaroo Court in which FALSE charges of contributing to a juvenile deliquency were previously thrown out of the District court and the Strickland Youth Center Representative stated that the children were basically not deliquent and that "No Further Action," would be taken. Details of Incident:
On or about September 18, 2010, I along with my wife and three children were peacefully open air preaching while playing on the guitar and singing near the corner of Dauphin Street and Joachim Street. We were approached by corrupt Officers Grissom and Corrupt Officer Rheer who began to unlawfully order us to disperse based solely on the content of our Religious speech and evangelism.
We continued to obey GOD and continued to open air preach, play the guitar and sing. After Officers Grissom and Rheer threatened us with false arrest a third time, if we did not stop our Religious exercise of open air preaching, they first placed Orlando under false arrest and then they handcuffed my wife (Glynis Bethel).
Next, Officer Rheer began to attack my 14-year-old daughter taking a video camera from her that she was using to video tape the officers' unlawful actions. Corrupt Officer Rheer smashed her finger in the door of the camera while illegally seizing her camera. The corrupt officers had no probable cause to believe that we had committed any crime. My 15-year-old daughter while attempting to assist her sister was attacked by at least two other corrupt officers while Officer Jason Martin placed her in a choke hold, hurting her and causing swelling and pain around her neck and jaw. My 14-year-old daughter suffered scratches on her arm that was inflicted by Officer Rheer. Officer Rheer grabbed and squeezed my 12-year-old son's arm causing him pain while forcing him to sit on the ground. All three of my children suffered injury from excessive force by the listed officers. All three of my children were handcuffed, placed in a poLICE car and taken to the Strickland Detention Center. My wife and I were falsely charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. After being interviewed the intake officer and other Strickland Detention staff, all three of my children were released and the intake officer, after his investigation, reported that my children were not delinquent in their street preaching activities, but reported that the children were well behaved children. He also gave us a letter which stated, "No Further Action," would be taken (i.e.: Listed as N.F.A. DJM). This only confirms that there was no probable cause for our false arrest nor did the officers have any lawful right to stop our Religious exercise of street preaching.
