You don't get it downthestream. I hear they were pretty much together at the time. That he wrote the song which quite remained under the radar record wise. And that this rendition is the song, there's not, to my knowledge, another one that beautiful by her. It captures their life side by side. It's a creative life. They inspire each other. They are high on each other's abilities to perform. Writing something great while Joan Baez inspires you in the background, thats life as it should be.

@Royalalberthall1965 well I certainly wouldn't not want him to have written one of those songs, I'm just saying I wish there was another version of this, without the typing... like if I wanted to put it on my ipod or something. That being said, I love this video. I love how two iconic musicians are sitting in the same room just hanging out and playing, and possibly writing, music.

@downthestreetteam Dont get me wrong. I know what you mean. But "If only Bob wasn't typing in the background". Seriously? Who knows what he wrote at that moment. It was in the Summer of 1965. So he was writing the songs for Blond on Blonde. Think about it. BLOND ON BLONDE! Vision of Johanna, Leopard-Skin Pill-Box Hat, Just Like a Woman... Just saying...
