WOW the Navy have a completely different use for MAA's vs the Coast Guard. MAA's in the CG are side/odd jobs on a ship like inventory of toiletries, garbage, cleanliness of berthing areas, etc.
I'm content w/ the Coast Guard but envy those in the Navy who get stationed in Japan or Europe!

@PhireGanja420 That's because you are harbor...Unless you are at a home port you aren't going to be doing a lot. My suggestion is stay away from LE commands. There is a lot of different pipelines you can go down besides LE. Cheers shippie

@PhireGanja420 Thanks for responding, and thanks for the information on MAs, I'm trying to get the ND Rate, but its seems not alot is said about where Divers get stationed or if they are put on Ships...lol

@TheDjBlitzification Well, not totally sure about a lot of other rates. I only know about MAs. As for MAs, we are all usually shore duty its hard to get orders to a ship untill you're atleast a 2nd Class Petty Officer.
