hey you guys are good, how old are yous? just a curious question, by the way yous are good, but my team hasnt gone to a gym or anything like that what we learn is off the net, and we are quite good, prety much better than you's no offence, i think oyu can work on your confidence and your rolls and yous should be good

also look up the meanin of parkour, its get ot point a to point b and as fast and efficiant as possible, i feel all you guys do, is do a move, and stop, its whats holding yous back
